- Solicitation for, NSNs 6240-00-368-4972, 6240-00-643-0687 and 6240-00-270-4698 under PR IQC08120009020, Lamp and Lamp Incandescent. This is an unrestricted procurement with other than full and open competition with FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination and will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery will vary between 48 and 96 days ARO for the production units. Surge requirements will be applicable. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the government. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil with an issue date cited of about 10 Apr 2008. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) from the menu under the tab solicitations; then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is 9 June 2008. All responsible, small business sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
