- Description
- The Forest Service requires the re-surfacing of Meadow Lake Road on the Salmon-Challis National Forest. The project consists of loading, hauling, and placing Government supplied aggregate; supplying and mixing an additive mineral binder; and watering and compacting the resulting mixture on 5.0 miles of Forest Service System Road (FSSR) # 60002. The project is located on the Leadore Ranger District, Salmon-Challis National Forest, Lemhi County, Idaho. This project is being solicited as a Request for Proposals using negotiated procedures. The approximate start work date is August 11, 2008. Contract time is 45 calendar days. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, July 7, 2008. The estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately June 6, 2008 and may be downloaded from this site at that time. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. You may register at www.ccr.gov. All responsible HubZone sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
