- Subject to final approval, the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt intends to negotiate and award, on a sole-source basis, a simplified acquisition, to SRI Consulting Business Intelligence, Inc., 333 Ravenswood Avenue, Menilo Park, CA 94025-3453, for research analysis and consultation services relating to three (3) research projects: (1) TreasuryDirect Online Customer Survey, Forrester Omnibus Study, and (3) MacroMonitor 2006-07 Survey. This study provides the Bureau of the Public Debt with a research-based survey that provides demographic, attitudinal, and behavioral information about individuals or households who purchase and hold marketable U.S. Treasury bills, notes, TIPS, Treasury bonds, and U.S. savings bonds. The Bureau of the Public Debt owns two of the studies and SRI Consulting Business Intelligence, Inc has proprietary rights to the third. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Public Debt will consider written responses received no later than Friday, May 30, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. est. Written responses must be submitted to PSB1@bpd.treas.gov and must include sufficient documentation that clearly shows the Contractor is capable of providing the requested service. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to SRI Consulting Business Intelligence, Inc.
