- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for an assessment of DEA's intelligence community's training requirements. The acquisition will be conducted under NAICS number 611710. A fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be issued, approximately, in May 2008, and will be issued/posted solely on DEA's website, www.dea.gov or www.usdoj.gov/dea. Scroll down and click on "Acquisitions & Solicitations," then "Open Solicitations" underneath the heading. Hardcopies of the IFB will not be available. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments. It is the offerors' responsibility to monitor the website for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Questions/comments will be accepted and may be sent via regular mail, e-mail (connie.jones2@usdoj.gov), or fax (202-307-4877) to the primary point of contact in this announcement. Questions/comments will be taken into consideration and incorporated into the solicitation where appropriate, via amendments. NO QUESTIONS/COMMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA TELEPHONE OR BEFORE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION. See Note 1. THIS IS NO LONGER SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
