- This is a solicitation for commercial items. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) # DOL082J10098 in accordance to FAR Part 13, NTE $5,125.00. Annual FLUX Support & Maintenance Renewal for unlimited Development and Test Licenses (licensed per computer) for BLS’s Job Control System, 4 Production licenses (licensed per CPU) and 14 “Agent” licenses (licensed per computer). Period of Performance: 06/18/2008 to 06/17/2009 FOB Destination Washington, DC. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting quotations. The Government will consider all quotes received by the date/time specified in this synopsis. The purchasing activity is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation and reasonably available to the purchasing activity. All Quotes shall be submitted to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, PSB Room 1830, 2 Massachusetts Ave. NE, Washington, DC 20212, no later 3:00p.m. EDT June 3, 2007, and be clearly marked with RFQ# DOL082J10098. The point of contact for all information is Tammy Lake Purchasing Agents, at the address listed above and email address Lake_T@bls.gov. If your response is not received by the date/time and at the location specified in the announcement, it will not be considered. No hand carried quotes will be accepted. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Fax proposals are encouraged and must state name, address, and solicitation number. An original copy of the proposal shall follow by mail. Quotations may also be submitted electronically provided that all the necessary documentation requested in this RFQ is included.
