- This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12; using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items and authority of FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation and is the ONLY notice that will be issued. A hard copy of the solicitation is included in the attachment. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-08-T-0436.This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-23 and DFARS. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
