- This amendment is Amendment #2 pertaining to Solicitation #W9124L-08-T-0076. This amendment is to clarify specifications and terms of delivery for CLIN 0001 pertaining to Solicitation W9124L-08-T-0076, a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Milvans. CLIN 0001 is revised to read: CLIN 0001. One-hundred and ten (110) Milvans, ISO Standard shipping container. 20L X 8W X 8H. All containers shall be wind and water tight and the exterior painted desert tan. Used Milvans are acceptable but shall be wind and water tight. End doors on all containers shall be fully operational as shall the locking systems that are attached to the doors and containers. All containers must be securable. The Contractor shall deliver and set up Milvans at one of two designated locations on Fort Sill No site preparation is necessary at either of the delivery locations. The Contractor will not be required to stack or stage containers. Contractor shall notify the Government POC at least 48 hours in advance of delivery. The Contractor shall deliver all Milvans no later than August 15, 2008. Prior to actual delivery, Contractor shall contact one of the two POCs before actual delivery. Names and contact information of POCs will be provided after contract award. The Contractor, after coordination with Government POC, shall deliver 90 Milvans to Tactical Training Base (TTB) Kelly. Upon Contractors arrival, the Government will have a representative at the location for the purpose of directing placement of containers. The Government will not provide off-loading capabilities. The Contractor, after coordination with Government POC, shall deliver 10 Milvans to Building 2440 and 10 to Building 813. Upon Contractors arrival, the Government will have a representative at the location for the purpose of directing placement of containers. The Government will not provide off-loading capabilities.
