- The Multi-Missions Helicopter Program Office intends to issue multiple contractual actions on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation in order to incorporate Recurring Engineering (RE) efforts resulting from forward fit Engineering Change Proposals which will be incorporated into the Navy MH-60 Sierra and/or MH-60 Romeo production lines. These efforts will be for safety related upgrades, airframe improvements, changes affected by obsolescence issues, integrated logistics support and analysis, special tooling and test equipment, support equipment, software support, phased support and maintenance support requirements. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the only responsible source capable of supporting this requirement due to the production line incorporation of the efforts.
