- This is a pre-solicitation notice. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm. The Contractor shall provide Public Affairs Office (PAO) Translation and Media services for the Novo-Selo Training Area (NSTA), Bulgaria as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, and supplies required to conduct PAO Services during the periods set forth in the PWS. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the Bilingual Media Relations Specialist for the entire term of the contract, using qualified substitutes or like-skilled temporary employees, as required during periods of extended illnesses or other absences due to leaves.
