- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (2)]. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Henderson Bay Products, 15312 92nd Street KPN, Gig Harbor, WA 98329 for Cylinder Liners (NSN 1355-LL-100-7032; (5906078-2) NSN 1355-LL-100-7031: (5906078-3) NSN 1355LL-100-7029; (5906078-4) NSN 2815-LL-104-9030 (5906078-5) NSN 2815-01-268-3044 (5906078-1)). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-08-R-0036. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 with a size standard of 500. All quotes received within 10 days after the sate of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
