- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDV0SB) FIRMS. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to Renovate Building 2 Hospice, Project No. 520-08-106, Biloxi, MS. The cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 May 2008.
