Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 324110 with 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by time and date stated herein. Contractor shall submit a lump sum quotation t include all charges. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT The work to be done under this specification consists of delivery 37500 gallons of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel to Graham Burke Plant located in Mellwood, Arkansas. DELIVERIES - Quick turnaround is necessary in order for the Government to fulfill its mission. Therefore, the fuel to be supplied under this purchase order shall be delivered to Graham Burke Pumping Station in Mellwood AR. on Thursday, May 29, 2008. Prior to delivery, please contact Mark Oxner @ 870-827-3820. The following clauses and provision are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award. The provision at 52.212.2, Evaluation Commercial Items, will be used to evaluate offerors technically capability and price with technical capability being significantly more important than price.
