Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442780940138; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24, Defense DCN 20080303 and AFAC 2007-0823. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120. The business size standard is 1000 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 8120. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2813. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001:29,640 total lbs of dry ice, 570 lbs to be delivered every Monday for 52 weeks;Item 0002: 52,000 total lbs of dry ice to be delivered every Tuesday for 52 weeks. The delivery location is Travis AFB, California. Ensure you include the delivery time for project completion. Upon award the contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with the customer.
