Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. The OEM is Woodward Governor Co. (CAGE 66503). The NSN is 2915-01-050-0760 for a quantity of 174. Delivery is 206 DARO, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
