Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W918SW80856000, is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. This procurement is unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 335311. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: 0001 - Qty: 1 each - Base Unit for (1)100kVA Rotary Frequency Converter, see attached specifications 0002 - Qty: 1 each - Enclosure for Rotary Frequency Converter 0003 - Qty: 1 each - Manual Transfer Switch Rated for 100kVA at 208V (300A) Delivery will be to 536th Maintenance Company (6021), ATTN: SFC Daniel A. Vancil II, Building 240, Camp Taji, Iraq. Camp Taji has a USPS, FedEx, and DHL office. Inspection and acceptance will be by the Government at the destination point (Camp Taji, Iraq). The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. Please include the technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents. Also, include a statement in the offer specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Please specify the estimated delivery time and payment discount terms. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated on price and delivery. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with Alternate 1, with its offer.
