- The Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Production Design Associates, 2799 Three Lakes Rd, Charleston, SC to This requirement is to build a presidential visiting stage 20 23 May 2008. The stage consists of a U.S. Flag 30' x 50', 50'X 30'X 4 Main Stage, 24'x4' 2 Tiered Press Riser, 8'x 4' Cut Riser, 12' x 8' x1' Tech Riser, 1600 Linear feet of Bike Rack, 1000 Linear feet of Bunting, and a custom bullnose. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990 and the size standard is $6.5 M. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
