- We intend to award a sole source contract, to One Connect IP, Inc., 1730 Montano RD NW. Albuquerque, NM 87107-3200 to renew internet service. One Connect IP is the current provider that provides Internet Service for White Sands at our required bandwidth.. One connect is the only company capable of meeting our mission requirements.This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation is forthcoming. Response must be submitted electronically to Vanessa Palomo at vanessa.n.palomo@us.army.mil no later then 9:00am MDT May 22, 2008. See note 22.
