- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services/Program Support Center has a requirement for the Office of the Secretary/Office of Research and Integrity (ORI). Notice of 100% Set-Aside for Services-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns. Offers will be solicited only from service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. Offerors should be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database for NAICS code 541611 which has a size standard of $6.5 million. The purpose of the contract is to provide the ORI with the project management, materials, and resources necessary to sustain the Research Integrity and Education Program. The contractor will direct development of new educational materials, provide subject matter experts, provide technical service, and provide other educational resources such as computer-based education and meetings/workshops/conferences. The contractor will provide services and deliverables for ORI’s education program, which addresses the responsible conduct of research, research integrity, and information about the functions of the ORI. The education program is a vital part of ORI’s mission and consists of several sub programs. The Contractor will provide project management over all aspects of the projects including, but not limited to, acquiring any necessary products necessary for completion of tasks and providing detailed reports to ORI. It is anticipated that the contract will be for a one year period of performance. This is a presolicitation notice, not a solicitation. Solicitation number 08T774003 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (fedbizopps) website approximately 15 days after publication of this notice. Additionally, all amendments and responses to questions will be posted on the fedbizopps website. No telephone or faxed requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
