- 21 CONS will post Solicitation # FA2517-07-R-5001, Custodial Services for Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB) and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS). The contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $17M. The contact will include one 12-month base year plus four, 12-month options (01 April 2009 through 31 March 2014), performed at PAFB and CMAFS. The solicitation will be a HUBZone set-aside. The services to be performed shall include: perform Special cleaning for child development centers, fitness centers, medical Aid Station, and Distinguished Visitor Route, perform general and Ala Carte cleaning, and perform Emergency and Special Event cleaning. A complete performance work statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format and may be downloaded from the FedBizOpps web site at http//www.fedbizopps.gov. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation. Estimated solicitation issue date is 2 Jun 2008. Bids will be accepted from all interested responsible and responsive parties. Foreign participation is not permitted at any contractor level, limitations are due to security access.
