- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20080513. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 541519. This requirement is for Gartner Solution products. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Wright-Patterson Air Force Base intends to award to Gartner Inc., 56 Top Gallant RD., Stamford CT 06902-7700, in contemplation of an approved sole source. Prices shall be provided for the following CLINs listed below: EXP CIO Signature; Standard Pricing Annual Membership for one Member Gartner Symposium; Ticket food for one calendar year from purchase date Ship to: NASIC/SCXA, ATTN: Nicole Artman, 4180 Watson Way, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-5648, FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The offeror is requested to provide Technical Capability, Price Proposal and Past Performance Information.The evaluation criteria is described below in descending order of importance.
