- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is F3A4S98074A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside. Service disabled veteran small businesses are encouraged to submit a quote if interested; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561320. The business size standard is $12M. This request for quotation consists of the following item: Item 0001: One (1) Computer System Technician. Performance to be in accordance with performance work statement. Period of Performance is 2 June 2008 through 2 October 2008. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Of the evaluation criteria, experience and past performance will be significantly more important and will be weighted more heavily than price. Attached is a past performance cover letter and questionnaire. Please forward the cover sheet and questionnaire to at least 3 companies you have provided staff to in the past. Please have them fill out the questionnaire and return the survey directly to fax 609-754-4642 or email to fred.hurlburt@mcguire.af.mil by 1500 on 27 May 2008.
