- Description
- The U. S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for Trash Removal and Disposal Services/roll-off services on a weekly basis for the Florence Processing Center in Florence, Arizona. The Contractor shall obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses required by Federal, State, or Local government, or subdivisions thereof, or of any other duty constituted public authority. The Contractor shall obey and abide by all applicable laws and ordinances pertaining to these services. ICE intends to acquire these services by awarding a single award through an unrestricted basis (full and open competition). The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price Requirement Contract for a Base One –Year Period and Four One-Year Option Periods. The NAICS Code is 562111 with Small Business Size Standard of $11.5 million. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available therefore; no written, telephone or facsimile request for the documents will be accepted. The distribution of the solicitation and all future information of the acquisition will be accomplished solely through postings at the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) website https://fbo.gov. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or follow-up information requested. No further notice will be issued, therefore it is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the website for any changes posted and ensure that they have the up-to date copy of the acquisition.
