- The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions received in response to this solicitation. Question: Would it be acceptable to respond to the bid without the inclusion of bags (as noted on page 6 under the ‘Pricing Instructions’ section)? We could refer you to a discount bag provider that would be at a better price point then most second or third party providers. Answer: No, the offer should be inclusive of all services required by the Statement of Objective (SOO). See page 2 Question: Are there any time limitations for the actual on-site pick up? Answer: Pick-up will be during regular TAC office hours. Offerors shall propose a pick-up time, at or about the same time each day (specify a window span of no more than 30 minutes) so that deposits are ready for pick-up. Preferred pick-up time would be in the afternoon. Proposals due date and time remains unchanged - May 29, 2008 @ 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
