- THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS CORRECT THE PREVIOUS SYNOPSISAND IDENTIFY THIS REQUIREMENT AS A SMALL BUSINESS ASIDE. THISREQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL REQUIRED LABOR, FACILITIES, EQUIPMENTAND ALL MATERIAL TO ACCOMPLISH OVERHAUL, TEST, PACKING, PRESERVATION ANDPACKAGING AND RETURN TO THE GOVERNMENT AT THE UNIT PRICE(S) ESTABLISHEDAT THE TIME OF CONTRACT AWARD, THE ITEMS OF AIR FORCE EQUIPMENT LISTEDBELOW, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREOF AND THE WORKSPECIFICATIONS IDENTIFIED. The only US contractors who may participate are those thatare certified and registered with DLSC(1-800-352-3572) and have alegitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of thiercurrent,approved DD Form 2345 with their request for solicitation. The solicitation/data package will be mailed to the datacustodian identified in block 3 of the DD Form 2345. The extent offoreign participation has not yet been determined.
