- FCI Ray Brook will be posting the 4th Quarter Kosher requirement for the inmate population. Please read all clauses and required certifications before bidding. Please review the meals and make sure the items you bid on meet specifications. Any items shipped that do not meet the specifications will be rejected. No write-ins or changes on the SF1449 will be accepted. Failure to deliver items within 3 weeks of when the order is placed will resullt in cancellation of the order and award to the next lowest bidder. The SF1449 will be posted on the 21st of May. Any questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email, fax or US Mail to this Contracting Officer.
