- Description
- The RI Army National Guard has a requirement for Avaya Phone System Support Services throughout the state of Rhode Island. Maintenance period is for one-year with up to four option years for maintenance and monitoring of 2000 ports for the Definity G3R Release 12 Version 6 PBX telephone system and 2000 ports for the Intuity Audix Voice mail System. Minimum requirements include 24X7 monitoring and equipment replacement, 4 hour on-site response time for major alarms & failures, immediate notification of alarms as they occur. Repair technicians must be AVAYA certified. A task report at the end of each month is required. The contractor shall, except as specified in this Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform mess attendant services at locations specified in this in the Solicitation. Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Incident Support Team, remote Alarm Monitoring, Maintenance inventory, Preventative Maintenance Service and Replacement equipment. The Period of Performance for this proposed contract is from 1 June 2008 to 31 May 2009 with four (4) Option Years. The solicitation issue date is 20 May 2008 and the closing date is 30 May 2008 NLT 1:00PM. A single firm fixed-price contract is contemplated and is 100% Set-Aside Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811213 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $6.5 million average annual gross revenue of the concern for the last three (3) fiscal years. Evaluation Criteria is Past Performance and Price, which are approximately equal in relative importance. All amendments and questions (Request for Information) will be posted on this web site. The Contracting Office will be closed for the Memorial Day Holday period which includes 23, 24, 25 and 26 May 2008.
