Description

SYNOPSIS: THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The work site is located at the U.S. Coast Guard Station, Pensacola (Escambia County), Florida. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary for the construction of an open metal structure boat shed with four (4) bays for small boat maintenance of approximately 25ft X 50ft. Proposed scope of work includes but is not limited to the demolition of three (3) old bay boat sheds. The estimated construction price range is $100,000 to $250,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The small business size standard is a 3-year averaged annual gross receipts of $31M. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available.
