- MODIFICATION: Change set-aside from Service Disabled Veteran to Total Small Business. This procurement is open to all small businesses. Change Classification code to P - Salvage Services. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Decommission of structures at three Forest recreation areas. Work consists of removing the toilet and obliterating the road at Loop B Conasauga campground, removing the toilet at Hickey Gap campground, removing the picnic shelter and steps at the Conasauga picnic area, and filling in the well at Songbird Campground. PROJECT LOCATION: Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests, Conasauga Ranger District, Murray County, Georgia. From Highway 411 to Crandall, Georgia, take Grassy Street to FS 630. Hickey Gap is located approximately 5 miles up FS 630. Continue on FS 630 to the intersection of FS 17. Turn left, then go to FS 68. Turn left to Lake Conasauga and Songbird recreation areas. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: $25,000 - $100,000 SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, WORK STATEMENT, MAPS AND PHOTOS: The solicitation, AG-435H-S-08-0023 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as a request for quotes and will be available for downloading on or about June 4, 2008 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/
