- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to install sixty (60) solar security lighting systems in various locations around Fort Hunter Liggett, CA 93928 in accordance with the Statement of Work. Thirty of the 60 lights shall have a key operated switch to shut off light for night vision operations and have a red pole light which stays lit for aviation markings. The period of performance is one hundred eighty (180) days after notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 237130/1629, $31,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Interested HUBZone business concerns can view and download the bid package which will be numbered W9124N08B0005 from fedbizzops. (www.fbo.gov) in approximately 15 days (on or around June 5, 2008) The bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
