- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 08SQ301184 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The NAICS code is 423610, Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The size standards for this NAICS code is 100 employees. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due May 30, 2008 by 4:00 p.m. local time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-3110), P.O.
