- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities June 3, 2008. *** Projects consist of furnishing all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to complete construction including, but not limited to, excavation, aggregate placement, concrete and rock curbing, concrete stamping, rock wall construction, wood screen panels and sign installation. Projects are on the Willamette National Forest, McKenzie River Ranger District, Lane County, Oregon. The projects can be located as follows: from Eugene travel east on Highway 126. Both projects are located off of Highway 126. Wild and Scenic Viewpoint is near M.P. 15.3 on the Clear Lake-Belknap Springs Highway (126) and the McKenzie Trailhead Site is near M.P. 51.7 on the McKenzie Highway (126). Government’s estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. This proposed procurement listed herein is set-aside for HUBZone firms in accordance with the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Act of 1997.
