- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Office in Portland, OR has a requirement at the Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge, Fallon, NV to provide weed mowing for their newly acquired lands. The work entails using a tractor pulled mower or brush hog to mow weeds prior to seed set thereby preventing or reducing weed seed production and spread. There are approximately 750 acres to be mowed between 7 separate parcels of land. Award will be based on lowest price with vendor having current experience. Refuge staff will work with successful vendor to identify specific areas within each parcel to mow. This will be a small-business set aside under NAICS Code 115112.
