Description

The Augusta VA Medical Center has a requirement for Landscape Irrigation Maintenance Services at the Uptown Division, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia as outlined herein in the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Base Period 15 June 08 thru 30 Sep 08 Plus 4 Option years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP VA-247-08-RP-0258 will be advertised as 100% Small Business set aside with NAICS Code 561730 and the size standards $6.5 M. Only offerors from those firms regularly established in business of providing this type of service will be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be advertised and available for bidding on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 16 May 2008. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all posted amendments.
