- This requirement is for services required to support the Program Management Configuration Control and Tracking System (PMCCATS) and Aircraft Maintenance Production Compression Report (AMREP) Computer Systems.The contractor will provide Program Management Support, Configuration Management Support, Analysis Support, and Technical Services in support of the C-130 System Program Office. Period of Performance: Basic: 1 July 2008 - 31 Dec 2008 Option I: 01 Jan 2009- 31 Dec 2009 Option II: 01 Jan 2010 - 31 Dec 2010 Option III: 01 Jan 2011 - 31 Dec 2011 Option IV: 01 Jan 2012 - 31 Dec 2012 A firm fixed price requirement is contemplated for the predominate services portion. Additional CLINs include the following: 1) Travel CLIN, which will be left as TBN. 2) Data CLINs for Status Report and Certificate of Service. The approximate RFP issue date is 30 May 08, with response by 6 June 08. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See our webpage at http://pkec.robins.af.mil. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited, number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302.
