- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following four (4) items: Vendor Fluke Biomedical Part Number 2246985; Quantity = 4. Essential characteristics: Dynamic oscillometric non-invasive blood-pressure simulation; Sutomated static-pressure measurements, leakage testing, and relief-valve testing; 5 automated NIBP testing autosequences; 5 arrhythmia selections. Part Number 232D; Quantity = 10. Essential characteristics: ECG-performance testing; 12-lead ECG simulation and patient applied parts; GFCI protection; 115V and 15A operation. Part Number 2128272; Quantity = 7. Essential characteristics: Bi-directional flow, pressure, volume and oxygen concentration, and pressure measurements; low and high pressure and flow measurement capability; Special HF mode up to 900BPM; RS-232 and preinter ports. Part Number 2250232; Quantity = 4. Essential characteristics: Portable, 10 preloaded manufactures R-curves; User-definable makes for most other manufactureers; New R-curves for Masimo, Nonin and Philips Medical systems; 6 downloadable R-curve spaces available; Simultaneous simulation of motion and arterial oxygen levels. Items are to be shipped directly to Hill Air Force Base, UT 84056. This announcement constitutes solicitation number W81XWH-08-T-0221 by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Code is 3829; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519; the FSC 6625.
