- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, has a requirement to acquire two (2) Sleeve, Pump HSG per a Statement of Work and government drawings under SUBSAFE/Level 1 requirements for quality. Corresponding data will also be acquired under this effort. Offerors must request in writing, (email or facsimile request is acceptable) to receive the drawings. Offerors must be DoD contractors listed under the Joint Certification Program in order to receive the drawings. All requests must be submitted to the attention of Mr. William Hurley, Code 11912. The solicitation will be issued in less than 15 days per FAR 5.203(a) & (h). The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type. Award will be made on the basis of Best Value. Evaluation factors will be Past Performance and Price. Delivery shall be within 20 weeks from award to NUWC Div Newport, RI. This acquisition is Set-Aside 100% for Small Businesses Concerns. See Note 1. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
