- Proposal: USBR Albuquerque New Mexico Decodes, Calculation Application and HDB Scope of Work: Task 1: Technical Support, Maintenance and Releases, Technical Transfer services of Ilex's ApplicationsIlex Engineering, Inc shall install and test modifications and regular updates to the operational systems at AAO to keep the DECODEs application, the Computational Processor application, the site specific Computational processor algorithms, and the supporting database interface applications installed at AAO operational. As directed by AAO, Ilex Engineering, Inc., may produce enhancements and modifications to DECODES, the Computation Processor and required modifications to the Computation Processor interfacing software, any Ilex's installed systems, and possible enhancements to AAO's databases in order to meet new specifications and guidelines requested by and in collaboration with the AAO Reclamation system requirements. In addition to the tasks defined here, this task's budget will also be utilized for the on-going maintenance of Ilex engineering Inc's DECODES or Computation Processor source code, software enhancements and database releases and maintenance efforts that are necessary to enable Ilex Engineering, Inc to provide upgrades and fixes to Ilex's DECODES and Computation System, the site specific and BOR Computation Processor's algorithms or modifications to any supporting database software enhancements. Task Budget: $ 10,000 per year Task 2: Future Modifications to DECODES, the Computation Processor and additional Calculation Application algorithms As part of the Computation Processor future enhancements and development, Ilex Engineering, Inc shall further develop and enhance the latest versions of the DECODES system, the Computation Processor, the site specific and BOR Computation Application algorithms, and any enhancements required to AAO's supporting databases. These modifications will assist the AAO in their objective of enhancing AAO's use of Decodes and the Computation Processor and any work provided under this task will be as directed by AAO personnel. The AAO Reclamation personnel with the added assistance of Ilex Engineering, Inc employees may identify additional application capabilities to DECODES, the Computation Application or to specific Computation Processor algorithms that will help AAO meet this goal. Specifically any task identified here may involve refining the DECODEs application, the Computation Processor or modification of existing Computation Algorithm code, the creation of new Computation Application algorithm code and may possibly involve database schema, designing, building and testing triggers, procedures, roles and other database objects. Additionally Ilex Engineering, Inc will be required to analyze, design, modify, and test existing or new software code to satisfy any requirements requested under this task. Task Budget: $ 15,000 per year
