- F108 STAGE 1 FAN BLADE REPAIRs 005 - 010; SOLICITATION: FA8100-08-R-0003. A basic 1-year requirements contract with 4 option years, best estimated quantity (BEQ), commercial contract is contemplated. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. Item 0001 : F108/CFM 56-2A/2B STAGE 1 FAN BLADE REPAIR. Input/Output: NSN: 2840-01-196-6053PN, P/N: 305-433-401-0, or 301-291-938-0, or 301-291-941-0, or 301-291-942-0, or 301-291-947-0, or 301-291-948-0. BEQs: BASIC YEAR: 670 EA.; OPTION I: 700 EA; OPTION II: 730 EA; OPTION III: 760 EA OPTION IV: 790. Item 0002 : DATA. Not Separately Priced; QTY.: Lot; OPTION I: QTY.: Lot; OPTION II: QTY.: Lot; OPTION III: QTY.: Lot OPTION IV: QTY.: Lot. Applicable to: F108 engines, KC-135R/T aircraft. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Delivery : Item 0001: 30 days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. Item 0002: 30 days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. Description: The 1st Stage Fan Rotor Blades are made up of titanium alloy. They are tip schrouded and approximately 23 inches (590mm) long. Each of the blades has a dovetail base that engages in a disk erim recess. Blades are individually retained by a spacer that limits radial movement and by a blade Retainer that limits axial movement. Qualification requirements : Sources must be qualified by CFMI, and the Source Development Office below, prior to being considered for award. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 and 0002. The approximate solicitation issue date is 4 JUNE 2008 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 23 JUNE 2008.
