- Solicitation FA8539-08-R-23731. The anticipated issue date will be 30 May 2008 with an anticipated response date of 30 days there after. This will be a Firm Fixed Price acquisition for Warner Robins Air Force Base (WRALC) Depot Repair Technical/Engineering Support; and Equipment Hardware and Software Support for the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) for a period of one year, with two option year periods. Sole source to Data Link Solutions, Cage081U3. 250 Collins Road, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), "Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" applies. Quantities or options will be set forth as above or as listed in the solicitation. Unit of issue is ‘lot'. Support is to be provided at Warner Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, GA. Delivery schedule is anticipated to be determined and /or as specified in the solicitation. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
