- The Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire on a SoleSource basis Meter Test Standard and Accessories. 1 ea RD-33-373 three phase sytronic standard #8331373; 3 ea cable assembly duck bill #100135; 1 ea cable kit RD-3X 120 amp #194204; 1 ea PR-PC suite software #100210; 1 ea case field RD-3x portable; 1 ea RM-OA optical adapter #100112. Western believes Radian Research Incorporated is the only known source that can provide a 3-phase, portable, meter test standard that have the accuracy capabilities to verify/certify our 3-phase relay/meter test set/standards. Anticipated award is 23 May 08. This notice is not a request for proposals/quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirements by emailing the CS or faxing the CS at 970-240-6314. Capability statements must include documentation ability to satisfy the Governments requirements. Any information received will be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. Interested persons should identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
