- BLACK MESA PHASE I, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO. This acquisition is a Total HUBZone set-aside. Only bids from qualified HUBZone Business Concerns, qualified by the Small Business Administration will be accepted. Bids received from concerns that are not certified by the SBA to participate in the HUBZone program shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. NAICS is 237110/SIC 1623, with a size standard of $31,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. The Bidders attention is directed to Section 00100 in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. Plans will be issued on or about 23 May 2008, with bid opening on or about 24 June 2008. Bidders are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process, and is subject to the availability of funds. THE PROJECT consists of the installation of approximately 16,500 linear feet of stormwater RCP conduit. Work will take place within existing roadway and will include restoration of roadway. THE PROJECT will be advertised as an Invitation for Bid for HUBZone Business Concerns only. Proposed Procurement will result in a firm fixed price contract. BIDDERS MUST BE REGISTERED with Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government Contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is: http://www.ccr.gov. Additionally, a paper form for registration may be obtained from the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only. Notification of amendments shall be made via Internet only, as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
