- The 96th Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCBB at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source contract to Spear Labs, LLC for the item listed below. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based up responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The announcement number is F1T0EF8120A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334290, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. CLIN 0001, B. L. A. D. E. HGU 56 ANR Helmet System Final inspection and acceptance will be at Eglin AFB, FL 32542. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. If your company is capable of providing this item, pricing and product literature must be received no later than 10:00 P.M., Central Standard Time on 15 May 2008.
