Description

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of supplies that that are where Terex Corporation, CAGE codes, 59497, 65904, 49185, 81495, and 31245 is the sole source. DSCC anticipates soliciting a firm-fixed price contract with EPA for one-year base period and four, four-year option periods. The solicitation will be used as unrestricted/full and open competition. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 336211 with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will be available 30 May 2008 at website https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. The closing date of the solicitation will be 45 days after the solicitation opens. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available. FOB Destination is required, and the inspection and acceptance will be destination as noted in the RFP.
