- GSA's Public Buildings Service Great Lakes Region is seeking an individual and/or firm that has an expert understanding of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) rules, policies, and procedures, specifically as they relate to financial issues, such as MDOT financing capabilities and capital raising abilities through various vehicles, such as tax-exempt bonds. This individual ideally will also be a skilled negotiator who either has experience negotiating for or against MDOT.
