- NSN 6610-00-835-7615, Housing Assy, Indicator. The solicitation is unrestricted. The sources cited in the item description are Astronautics Corporation of America (10138), P/N 102384 and Mod-A-Can Incorporated (54709), P/N 102384. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 93 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 144 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 36 each is for the base year only. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. End application (F-4 & C/KC-135 aircraft). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is May 30, 2008. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil), select “Request for Proposal (RFP)” under the Solicitations heading.
