- W912JB-08-T-2012 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-24, Effective 31 MAR 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001 and DFARS Current to DCN 20080331 Edition. This solicitation incorporates the following clauses by reference: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3 ALT 1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and 52.233-2 Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, 252.225-7000, 252.209-7001, 252.212-7000 and 252.212-7001. This solicitation is for the rental of 17 each 60' x 90' tents, 3 each 60' x 120' tents, 32 each 100' string lights, 12 each 50' string lights to include assembly no later than July 12, 2008 and tear down on July 23, 2008 of all tents. - This solicitation is full and open competition - NAICS Code: 532299 - Evaluation: Best Value to Government - Request that all offerors quote utilizing General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule if product is available. Offeror must quote on all items or none. FOB Destination. The ship to address is: Camp Grayling, MICHIGAN 49739 Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award for solicitations issued after 31 May 1998.
