- ***Note: FAR Clause 52.216-4 and DFAR 252.216-7000 have been added.*** The amendment MUST be signed and returned with the signed copy of the solicitation and your quote. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Stainless Steel Wire Rope. Delivery shall be on or before 15 September 2008. The Contractor shall provide the wire rope per the specifications included in the RFQ and deliver to the Louisville Repair Station (LRS), Louisville, KY. NOTE: This contract is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 331111. The size standard is 1000 employees. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 7 May 2008 and a due date of 21 May 2008, 2:00 PM (ET). This RFQ will be available by downloading from the Internet only. No hard copies will be mailed. Questions may be addressed to sarah.k.haag@usace.army.mil. Faxed or emailed quotes will not be accepted. Quotes are to be mailed to the address listed in the Solicitation. Any Amendments issued for this RFQ will be available from the FBO website by download only.
