- National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking sources to provide food distribution services as described below. Contractors are to submit a detailed capability statement which must be pertinent and specific in the area of providing the services described in the Statement of Work. The capability statement shall be in sufficient detail so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the required services at fair market prices. Product information is located on the attached sample shopping list. Information provided need not be lengthy, but should be sufficiently detailed to demonstrate that your company fully understands the nature and scope of the food distribution services required and has the expertise and resources to successfully perform the required food distribution services described herein. The NAICS and small business size thresholds for this requirement are 424410 and 100 employees. Responding companies should advise if they are considered a large or small business based upon the size standards provided. Location of delivery is Mercury Nevada which is approximately 65 miles outside of Las Vegas, NV. Security requirements will apply to any resulting order. No level of usage will be implied nor guaranteed under any resulting order. Offeror's shall be able to provide a variety of food products with delivery once a week for common items, more than once a week for emergency items, and once a month for staples. The attached sample product list is only a partial listing designed to acquaint Offerors with the type, size and variety of food products which will be required. NSTec reserves the right to add or delete items throughout the term of any resulting order.
