- The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking Healthcare Resources, Radiology group(s) to provide general radiology exams, mammograms and ultrasound services to patients of Santa Maria Vet Center located at 1550 E. Main Street, Santa Maria, CA at the contractor radiology facility. Contract Radiology group(s) must be accredited for Mammograms and located within the 15 miles from the Santa Maria Vet Center. The proposal outside the area will not be considered. NAICS Code is 621512. The Contract will include a base year from on or about July 01, 2008 (or date of contract award). All questions for this solicitation must be in writing directed to Grace Kim, Contracting Officer by e-mail: grace.kim@va.gov. No telephone request will be honored. Any All responsible interested parties will be responsible for obtaining al solicitation documents and amendment via FedBIZ Opps. The solicitation document will be available on or about May 30, 2008.
