- The South Texas Veterans Healthcare System is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision for a Minor Construction, Repair & Renovation Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Individual task orders will be issued for each requirement. Each task order shall include a set of specifications and a completion date. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $31,000,000.00. Minimum/Maximum Contract Amount: A guaranteed minimum quantity of work which will be required under this contract to be initiated by one or more Task Orders, will not be less than $10,000 for the life of the contract, inclusive of options. The maximum contract amount is $4,000,000 for the life of the contract, inclusive of options. The specifications will be uploaded as part of the solicitation on or about May 23, 2008. The RFP response deadline will be will 4:30pm CST on June 23, 2008. The deadline for receipt of questions is one week prior to the response receipt deadline. To be qualified to submit a proposal for this project, firms must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry and Vet Biz (www.vetbiz.gov), prior to award.
